Free Estimate
One of our deck gurus will arrive on site to inspect your deck. A “ball park” price will be provided and an emailed quote will be sent. If accepted a contract reviewing the project, warranty, and payment arrangement details will be discussed at an agreed upon date and time as well as the conversation about your needs vs your budget.
The Design
The deck guy provides a 3d model of all decks before any work is preformed with revisions just to ensure the customer knows the final vision.
Permits
The deck guy will provide all plans and permits for the project.
The Installation
Once the permits are issued if any the deck guy will provide all material for the project along with our skilled team members to build the deck of your dreams. This will include a cleanup at the end of the day with our dump trailer for the trash, box and trailer for our tools that will remain on site until the completion of the project.
Inspections
The deck guy will schedule all necessary inspections for footings, framing, and final. We also welcome all customer retained home inspectors.
Warranty
The deck guy provides a free 1 year warranty on all craftsmanship and labor. Composite material warranties transfer to the customer. The deck guy also offers a 5 year warranty on all labor and materials and this starts at an additional 5% of the project. Terms and conditions may apply.
Completion
Once the deck is complete the deck guy will schedule your final inspection and be on to the next project.
